Wow! In a world where customer service seems to be dead, the folks at DuraFlap are doing an outstanding job! I received my mud flaps in a timely manner and they are awesome! Except oops, I ordered brushed and the weight is mirrored. I called and they actually answered the phone and couldn’t apologize enough about the mistake. Not that big a deal but the nice lady said they would mail replacement weights out immediately and gave me a discount code to order my front flaps! I even noticed a hand written Thank You! on the invoice!! Way to go guys!! I highly recommend this quality and good looking product from a company who appreciate’s your business!!!
