I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initially ordered mud flaps for my 1996 F350 on my own but i did not take any measurements (not a smart move!). My truck is not lifted in the sense that I did not buy a lift kit in an effort to gain height, however, my truck is technically lifted because it is higher than stock due to custom springs and a RSK kit on the front. Due to this oversight on my part, i needed longer flaps to protect my travel trailer. I called their support and talked with a super nice and understanding gentlemen (apologies i cant remember his name!) and he helped me measure to get the exact measurements needed. He was able to provide the replacement flaps for me and got them shipped out asap. I cannot recommend them enough! Oh and once i got them in and installed, they look (at least i think) fantastic! i was afraid they were going to be too long but i love them!
