Darrell in Texas

After the sad reality of a few gravel dings on the front of my new Airstream camper, I realized something had to be done. I just installed the extended mud flaps on my 2020 F-150. I have to say, these flaps are not coming off. Very easy to install. To make installation even easier, I recommend having two small 1/4″ socket drives and a stubby cross point screwdriver. The small socket drivers make maneuvering around the wheel wells much easier. Push all your bolts through and hand tighten the backing nuts. This really helped keep things from moving a lot. These flaps look great and I can tell there’s no way they are coming off unless the entire quarter panel comes with them. On the length, I think the longer version is just right. Not too long to easily catch on most things, yet long enough to protect my camper. Width is same as my tires.
