I cannot say enough good things about Duraflap and their entire team. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had with any company.

I called because I wanted Duraflaps for my truck along with custom plates, and from the very first conversation, they were incredibly helpful. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to ask what I was towing and how I was using the truck, then actually advised me on what setup would work best instead of simply trying to sell me something.

I also explained that I was leaving for a trip in only five days and asked if there was any chance I could receive everything before I left. He told me they would do everything they could, but because the custom plates take additional time, they might not be ready before my departure. Instead of making that a problem, they came up with a solution.

They got the bare flaps shipped out to me before I left so my truck would be protected for the trip. They then told me they would call as soon as the custom plates were finished and could ship them wherever I happened to be.

Sure enough, while I was traveling through Colorado, they called to let me know the plates were ready. I explained where I was staying, and they shipped them directly to my campground. The lady I spoke with even upgraded the shipping to help make sure they arrived while I was still there.

The designer who worked on the custom plates also deserves a huge amount of credit. The design process was excellent, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished plates came out absolutely amazing. They took what I had in mind and turned it into something that looked even better than I expected. The quality, layout, and overall finished appearance were perfect.

That level of customer service is extremely rare.

They went above and beyond at every step — from helping me choose the correct setup, working with me on the custom design, rushing what they could before my trip, working around my travel schedule, shipping the custom pieces directly to my campground, and upgrading the shipping to make sure everything arrived on time.

And on top of the outstanding service, the product itself is fantastic. The fitment was absolutely perfect, installation went great, and the finished setup with the custom plates turned out better than I could have hoped.

Duraflap has earned a customer for life. Outstanding products, incredible attention to detail, an amazing design team, and some of the best employees and customer service I have ever dealt with.
